Momentum Management partners’ experience includes luxury and limited-service hotels, and experiential resorts. This experience includes asset management of the Four Seasons Oahu Resort at Ko’ Olina, establishing the highest RevPar and ADR on the island of Oahu. Current engagements include acting as the managing consultant to lead the Four Seasons Oahu 370-key guest room renovation and establishing the new “Club Room” premium-rate category and creation of a “hotel within a hotel” experience, driving increased profitability and elevated guest experience. Partners’ other relevant real estate and construction experience include the development of a luxury high-rise condo, Symphony Honolulu, and development of Lilia Waikiki, the first high-rise luxury rental tower built in Honolulu in the last three decades.

Momentum Management partners have translated their expertise to serve the vacation rental market, having successfully designed, renovated, and transformed over 50 properties into high performing vacation getaways.  Momentum Management brings a decade of local vacation rental renovation and management experience with a trusted team covering all scopes of construction, FF&E and OS&E procurement, cleaning, and guest booking and support.  Partners have served as Board members of condo associations, advising and gaining insight on the legalities of short- term rentals and industry regulations.
